IVIGO Digital Convector Error Codes
dE | Tilt error |
When you see the dE error code, ensure that the heater is in a vertical position. The heater should never be operated horizontally. | |
PE | Plug overheating error |
1. When you see PE error code, check the plug and cable of the heater, then it should be plugged out and allow to cool. | |
2. If the heater gives the same error when it is operated again, contact your authorized dealer. If it gives this error after a short period of operation, it should be checked and repaired. | |
3. If there is no problem in the plug or electrical system and if the problem continues with your heater, contact your authorized dealer. | |
CE | Processor overtemperature error |
1. When you see the CE error code, turn off the heater and allow it to cool. | |
2. If it gives the same error when you operate it again, contact your authorized dealer. |

1. When you see the UE error code, turn off the heater, take precautions for low voltage and use your heater after the voltage is corrected. | |
2. If it gives the same error despite all the precautions and normal voltage values, contact us. | |
F1 | Obstruction error at the fan inlet or outlet channel |
1. When you see the F1 error code, check whether the front and back sides of the heater lean at the wall or whether there is something covering the heater. | |
2. If this is the situation, correct this. Turn off the heater and allow it to cool. If the error continues despite this, contact us. | |
F2 | Fan fault error |
1. When you see the F2 error code, check whether an object has escaped into the area where the fan is located. | |
2. At first, remove the object from the fan. During the removal of the object, “the heater should not be plugged in”. If the error code continues to be shown although there is no object inside or the object inside is removed, contact us. |
