CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR DATA OWNERS WHO SUBMIT REQUESTS/COMPLAINTS/OPINIONS/SUGGESTIONS WITH THE CONTACT FORM
This Clarification Text has been prepared and presented to you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform as Data Controller by Mastaş Makina Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi registered in the address of Nilüfer Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Nilüfer Bulvarı No: 3 16145 Nilüfer/BURSA.
THE AIM OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your Identity (Name-Surname), Contact (E-mail, phone), Customer Transaction (Message Content) data collected by you by filling in and transmitting the contact form in the "Contact" tab on the website of our company will be processed in order to establish communication and follow-up (Follow-up of Requests and Complaints), in accordance with the principles of compliance with the law and good faith, related to the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured, and keeping for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.
METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA and LEGAL REASON
Your personal data specified in this Clarification Text are collected electronically through the website of our Company and processed completely or partially automatically based on the legal reason of your explicit consent as the data owner stated in Article 5 of the KVKK.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data in question is processed by our Company only for the purpose stated above, your personal data is not transferred or shared to third parties.
DELETION, DESTRUCTION, AND ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the Article 7 of KVKK, personal data that is processed in accordance with the law shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized either ex officio or upon request in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist. The procedures and principles regarding this matter will be fulfilled in accordance with the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224.
Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized within 6 (six) months following the date when our obligation of our company to delete, destroy or anonymize is occurred.
THE RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
As a personal data owner, you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can use your mentioned rights in writing to be transferred to the address of Nilüfer Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Nilüfer Bulvarı No: 3 16145 Nilüfer / BURSA in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
